5 stars because they give 5 star service!!! My nails last..... the products that they use are like no other. The customer service is AMAZING!!! I watched a rude customer come in and cause issues but they literally handled the situation with class even when she tried to call the establishment dirty!!! I have been coming to Tammy for a couple of years and she has never disappointed me in the past and surely didn’t drop the ball when she decided to open her own shop.. Her and her staff of very pleasant and accommodating and professional.. I make a 40 minute drive just to get to her and will do it in a heart beat..I always get compliments on my nails and pedi.. oh and the music selection is awesome.. I love, love LOVE this nail spa, and I am picky. The owner will often create custom powder colors for me, and she even remembers when I come in for my next appointment. The quality is superb and she can do ANY design, just bring a pic. But it’s the service that keeps me coming back. You can tell she’s a people person and cares about your experience in her shop. Good quality friendly service at a reasonable price is so hard to find. This place checks all the boxes! ~ Tasha S

I would love to give a huge shout out to Tracy and Dona. These women are the best being a plus size woman going into a nail salon for a pedicure is not always comfortable. I walked in there and they made me feel comfortable and confident not to mention Dona is definitely the pedicure queen. She is great and passionate about what she does. I had a full set done by Brandon (the owner) he was awesome all the way around! He was very patient with me because I was very indecisive about what I wanted. He took his time & did his thing! I am very impressed with my nails! I LOVE THEM! I loved his customer service & his skills! HE COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! They are a little on the pricey side but I can definitely say you get what you pay for. They literally have it all! ~ Annett T

I went there with my husband and we both had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I did GelX cat-eye for my nails along with the herbal pedicure combo, while my husband chose the golden pedicure combo. I was impressed by their ingredient trays, which had high-quality products. I definitely recommend these combos, and we’ll be coming back! ~ Hue D

Tammy was amazing. She went way and above my expectations and I will definitely be back. The shop is gorgeous and a pink lovers dream. Great host and customer service. They do offer wine, mimosas, water , soda and some Vietnamese coffee and teas if I read correctly. They also have cute little cupcakes and treats for you. Definitely a hidden gem. Booked on Facebook and right now they are doing a promotion so don’t run walk and give them a try ~ Shay R

My daughter and I have been getting our nails done here for about 4 months now and we love it. We purposely drive further just to get our nails done here. Tammy’s nail art is beautiful and I always get so many compliments. They are friendly and very upfront about pricing. I do suggest making an appointment instead of walking in. When you find someone who takes her time on your nails and wants you walking out feeling amazing then you definitely need to book with her. I’m very picky about my nails and how they look. I found Tammy on Instagram I must say she is amazing! She got me and my daughter in and got us both out less than 2 hours. We talked we laughed she asked me what I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. I have been driving all over Houston to find a nail tech that I was happy with! I love this place. Everyone here is so sweet and the environment is so pretty and classy. They did an amazing job on my nails and were really quick without rushing. When one of my nails broke they fixed it for me for free with no attitude at all. I really appreciate their kindness and the quality of their work. This is definitely my go to nail spot. ~ Kayla W

I don't get my nails done often but this place is really nice the owner was really sweet the texts were really sweet my nails came out fantastic and I have three kids so it's hard to have nails I got a combo pedicure and nail set and it came out to about $100 after tip highly recommend this place will be coming back!! ~ Lacey M

Today (7/25/20) was my first visit to this nail salon. I was absolutely impressed with their implementation of PPE gear and their enforcement of all clients to wear their PPE. New management and updated the seating and pedicure chairs are comfy great experience very relaxing. I enjoyed the Sapir pedicure presentation of scrubs and wrapped separate tools were use for our group of 3 .The staff make sure they are clear of how you like your nails fairly priced. ~ grecia g
